Effective October 2, 2026
JunkPricebook is operated by Henan Huasheng Digital Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the service.
Product information
- Business and pricebook configuration: the load prices, extras, optional business name, contact line, estimate footer and service area you enter. We use these to save your configuration and calculate your quotes.
- Quotes: selected load sizes, extras, quantities, adjustments, optional reasons, calculated results and request information used to prevent duplicate quote consumption. Confirmed quotes are stored with your access record.
- Information on your device: your browser stores pricing and quote drafts, pending quote details, and the last confirmed quote and shareable text. This supports refresh recovery and viewing the last quote offline. Clearing site data removes these local copies; it does not itself delete server records.
Trial, access, team and recovery
The service uses anonymous access and checkout identifiers in cookies, with corresponding hashed identifiers on the server. We process access status, trial creation and expiry information, quote usage, and owner or teammate permissions to provide and protect access. Access cookies can remain for up to one year; the free trial is still limited to three total quotes within 30 days.
Team-access records include device labels, permission and revocation status, last-use times, and invitation expiry and use information. Recovery and invitation credentials are stored as hashes. We use this information to activate, restore and revoke access according to the product rules.
Payments
PayPal processes payments. JunkPricebook processes order and transaction references, payment status, amount, currency, timestamps, and the receipt reference needed to verify payment and deliver purchased access.
When PayPal provides a payer email, we process it to create a keyed hash for receipt-based recovery. The application stores that recovery hash rather than the plain payer email in its payment record. An email entered for recovery is processed to check the same information.
JunkPricebook does not receive or store your PayPal password or full payment-card credentials. Information you provide directly to PayPal is handled by PayPal under its own policies.
Product signals, hosting and support
We record limited first-party product events and their times, such as trial milestones, use of pricing helpers, sharing, checkout, payment completion, installation, invitations and recovery. These event records do not include quote text, payer email, recovery codes or access credentials.
Cloudflare provides hosting, Supabase provides database storage, and PayPal provides payment processing. They process information needed for those services. Hosting and payment infrastructure also handles technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request timing, to deliver requests and support security. These technical fields are not added to the application's first-party product-event records.
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the information you provide to handle your request. Information may also need to be retained or provided where required by applicable law or to address fraud, security or payment disputes.
Optional Jobber connection
If you connect Jobber, we use OAuth to access the existing clients, service properties and quotes permitted by your authorization. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server storage. We use client and property information to let you choose where to send a finalized quote, and store the resulting quote reference to prevent duplicate sends.
Disconnecting removes stored tokens and disables the connection. Export references remain to prevent duplicates; disconnecting does not delete drafts already created in Jobber. Jobber processes connected data under its own policies.
Retention
- Product and access data: while needed to provide the service.
- Trial data: while needed for trial operation, abuse prevention and support, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
- First-party analytics: up to approximately 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Payment and transaction metadata: as needed for verification, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Your privacy requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing laurence.isok@gmail.com.
Requests are generally handled within 30 days, subject to identity verification, fraud and security prevention, payment or dispute record retention, and legal obligations. We may need to preserve information for those purposes rather than delete it immediately.
